Beauty in the Broken

If we won’t be remembered, did we ever exist at all? It is easy for us to feel unimportant–as if we have no impact on the world and never will. However, even if our name is not remembered, our works and actions ripple through time. Everything we say and do has an effect that changes the course of the future, even our failures. Additionally, I believe that we all have God-given inherent value as well as various talents and abilities. I illustrate this idea by showing people the beauty and value in things people consider mundane or discarded such as the abandoned Burger King you drive by without noticing or the cans you threw in the recycling. I want people to see what has been considered worthless as something important through the lens of a camera.
